Five stars isn’t enough for Omar! Omar helped set up my TV, and the entire experience was beyond amazing. He was extremely professional, kind, and thoughtful. From the moment he arrived, he made sure to walk me through every step — including little warnings like, “Hey, it’s going to be loud,” which might seem small, but it meant everything to me. Those little things? That care? It’s often missing with service providers, and Omar absolutely delivered. He handled everything with care and intention, and I can confidently say the glowing reviews about him are 100% accurate. As someone who can get easily spooked or overwhelmed, especially with strangers in the home, having someone explain what’s going on and make me feel safe meant the world. As a woman, that extra level of communication and respect is always appreciated — and Omar did just that. He even cleaned up everything afterward — the packaging, the boxes — I was left with a clean living room and only had to sweep. He even apologized for that and asked if there was anything else he could do. Honestly? He was perfect. Omar made sure the TV was left on the setup screen so I could finish things easily. I was even able to get things done in the kitchen while he worked, which says a lot about how safe and comfortable I felt during the appointment. He confirmed measurements with me before installing anything and was respectful throughout. It was a perfect first experience. I truly don’t think there are enough words to describe how grateful I am. Omar is someone I’d 100% call again for future services. Highly recommend him — if you have the chance to work with him, take it!
