Gerado was able to come out and install my pendant light. He discovered that there was a defect with the glass and that they were not able to be installed, but I got 1 out of 3 pendants. Gerado said he would be able to come back once I get the replacements in. Gerado was even nice enough to help hang a photo and package up the defective pendants. I will definitely use him again!!

Gerardo is thorough professional, he accepted the appointment after other technician cancelled, called me immediately gave appointment same day in 3 hrs as compared to previous appointment that was next day. He completed the installation within 30 minutes, is friendly, experienced technician and did excellent work, I highly recommend him and will work with him again in future.
